Hello Virtual world,
It is summer so I have more time to do this bloggity blog!!
Since the last time I posted back in March I have revved up my exercising and slacked on my eating. I currently weight 149 or 148 in the mornings (lol). So that means I am down 16 pounds & 14 more to go.
I can see a difference in my face and butt and legs are toning up from lifting heavy weights.. but the upper body I have not noticed a difference yet even though I have lost an inch off of ea
I joined the YMCA a few months back and they have a lifting routine that I follow, called "Activtrax". I really love it and has helped me stay motivated and not be imitated by the gym with all these crazy machines.
I have also discovered a class at the Y called "Step-n-Tone" OMG LOVE! It is a really great workout with a step bench you are sweating like crazy and trying to get the moves down packed.
I am still a newb and trying to learn all the sweet moves all the other ladies do in there. But I really enjoy it!
So my next post will be pictures :x of my progress.
My before pictures are pretty horrifying... I haven't taken during the process pics yet... So hopefully they will be a little better.
